After talking to everyone and getting the ok to help with Farmine, Telas still requires an item to try again, even after saying he'd send his golems to help.

Hello, I've already released a fix, rewriting all the NPCs in this quest and correcting all the logic. Therefore, from the next server save, you can continue trying the quest normally.

Remember that the words are random, otherwise you may need to have more items to provide to each NPC again.
